Welcome to LiminalMeans.
This is a space for those who sense there’s more beneath the surface.
I’m currently writing a book on addiction, myth, and healing called The Gift of Madness. Much of what I publish here are live explorations that feed this larger work: questioning how destructive energy can be transformed into a creative, life-giving force.
What’s Inside?
Essays that go beyond self-help clichés and wellness quick fixes:
Mythic explorations of addiction, virtue, and transcendence
Psychological and somatic insights drawn from therapy and neuroscience
Explorations into consciousness, embodiment, and the philosophy of new-wave healing
Reflections on culture’s shadow, and what it means to live meaningfully in disoriented times.
My mission is to fill in the gaps where most people get stuck—between head and heart, story and soma, thinking and feeling.
Who Am I?
As a therapist, I’ve sat with people as they unravel and rebuild.
As a writer, I chase the language of the soul through essays and myth.
As an artist, I believe symbol and story are technologies of healing.
As a professional human, I’m still in the experiment, just like everyone else.
If you've read this far, you're likely drawn to the same questions I am.
Subscribe to receive essays that are part cultural diagnosis, part spiritual exploration, part field notes from the edge of healing.
If you’d like something more hands-on, I created a free somatic course that teaches simple weekly practices for stress release and nervous system reset. It’s a good companion to the ideas you’ll find here.
Thanks for reading LiminalMeans.
